By booking a service with Triple I LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services Provided

Triple I LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Chandler, Arizona and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

Carpet Cleaning (Residential & Commercial)

Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Hardwood Floor Cleaning, Wax Removal, Screening & Re-Coating

Pet Odor & Urine Treatment

Disinfecting & Electrostatic Spraying

Rug & Mattress Cleaning

Commercial Support Services

Specialty Protective Treatments

Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.


2. Estimates & Pricing

Some services require phone or on-site estimates.

Square-foot pricing applies to hardwood, disinfecting, and certain commercial services.

Final pricing may change based on:

Condition of flooring or furniture

Stain severity

Pet urine penetration

Additional requested services

Accessibility of service area

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.


3. Deposits

Triple I LLC may require a deposit for:

Large commercial jobs

Hardwood refinishing services

Disinfecting services

Same-day or emergency bookings

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.


4. Access & Preparation Requirements

Customers agree to:

Remove small items, breakables, electronics, and valuables.

Provide clear access to work areas.

Secure pets.

Ensure water and electricity are available if required.

Failure to properly prepare may result in service delays or additional charges.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: [Insert Methods].

Late payments may incur fees permitted under Arizona law.

Commercial accounts may be subject to written agreements and net payment terms.


6. Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues.


7. Stain & Odor Disclaimer

While we use professional equipment and cleaning solutions:

Permanent stain removal is not guaranteed.

Pet urine damage may require multiple treatments.

Subfloor contamination may not be fully correctable.

Results vary based on fiber type, age, wear, and prior cleaning attempts.

Protectants reduce risk but do not make materials stain-proof.


8. Hardwood Floor Disclaimer

Screening & re-coating is not full refinishing.

Triple I LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing scratches

Structural wood damage

Improper previous finishes

Warping due to humidity or moisture exposure


9. Disinfection & Sanitization Disclaimer

Our disinfecting services follow recognized industry protocols and EPA-registered products.

However:

We do not guarantee elimination of all viruses, bacteria, or pathogens.

We are not responsible for recontamination after service.

We are not responsible for client workplace safety policies or employee compliance.


10. Damage Claims

Must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Claims must include photos.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Loose carpet or tile

Improper installations

Weak or unstable furniture frames

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.


11. Satisfaction Policy

If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours.

We may offer a re-service at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.


12. Marketing & Media

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Triple I LLC may photograph service areas for marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
